The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

The first three are bad habits that have absolutely nothing to do with our lives. The last two are habits that have no affect on our lives. The last thing we need is for our habits to control our lives. What we need is for our habits to teach us about ourselves. When we learn to control our own lives, we will no longer be lost in our habits.

It is important to note that the majority of the things we do are not our habits. To change the way we think, we must have self-awareness. For example, we all think we need a good breakfast or lunch to be healthy. Yet, we all eat a lot of junk food. Eating junk food is a bad habit that leads us to unhealthy eating habits. This is the primary reason why I think we need to keep some of our habits from becoming habits.
When I think about it, we all say we’re eating healthy because we want to, but in reality, we’re eating the wrong things. Eating junk food is a bad habit that leads us to unhealthy eating habits. This is the primary reason I believe we need to keep some of our habits from becoming habits.
When we eat junk food, we eat junk food because we are using the wrong language to describe what we eat. In the same way, when we say we want to eat healthy, we’re not really saying we want to eat healthy food. We are saying we want to eat healthy food, but we don’t quite know what healthy is.
Were in fact eating junk food, and this is why we are eating unhealthy food. This is why we feel bad about ourselves, because we feel like we are on food. I had a friend that was always telling me they wanted to lose weight to get healthier, but I was never quite sure if they were actually healthy or not.
As it turns out, our goals in Deathloop are pretty much the same as those in other games, except for that we want to live and eat better.
