How many of you are eating food before bed like there’s no tomorrow? Well, there’s nothing wrong with eating before bed, however, many people who attempt to eat a meal before bed are missing out on a good amount of nutrition and therefore, may not be getting all the nutrients they need to grow strong and healthy. Eat smart! You and your body can learn to eat food that is healthy without a lot of junk food sitting in your stomach.

People commonly think that having a specific food intake behavior would indicate that you have recently eaten and that you are in a calorie deficit. This is a bad assumption because these behaviors are usually the result of previous eating and the effects of the food being consumed. Instead, the food consumption behaviors that indicate a calorie deficit are the same as those that indicate that the food being consumed is not very filling.
