I made this food plan just for fun. I thought it would be fun to have a way of measuring and tracking my daily calories, and I thought it would be fun to see how other people fared with my eating plan. I figured if two people ate the same number of calories on a daily basis, that might be a thing to point out to others. So, I created this food plan in hopes of demonstrating that being active isn’t always unhealthy.

You may already know that I have a daily food plan of 2000 calories, but I’m going to make that number even more realistic by using myPlate’s daily food plan at the start of the day, and my daily food plan as it’s consumed throughout the day. It’s summertime and I am in need of some extra energy. In order to make it through until Christmas, I need to have some energy to get me through the holidays. I haven’t eaten a whole lot of food in months, and the last thing I want to do is give myself a heart attack. That’s why I’ve been using my plate’s daily food plan to make sure I keep my calories under 300.
