I bet you’re wondering if food is really broken down in the mouth. In fact, it’s more like a “particle breakup” that happens in the body. Most people are unaware of this happening.

The mouth is the ultimate laboratory to test food particles, which are the fundamental unit of life. In the laboratory and in the kitchen, food is broken down into particles, of which the most important one is called food particulate. The food particles are usually in the form of tiny droplets or beads. But when food particles undergo the mechanical breakup, they lose their natural shape and begin to change their size and form. They will begin to break down into tiny pieces.

The mechanical breakup of food particles in the mouth is called the “mouth-closing phenomenon” and it has been known for thousands of years. This process allows you to eat food and get full quickly without having to chew. There’s no need to chew through the food any longer, and you no longer have to worry about choking nor ingesting any unwanted substances.

Dirt, dust, lint, pollen, and other airborne particles can accumulate in the mouth, nose, or throat. It can cause allergies, problems with breathing or sleep apnea. We can also have dental problems due to the accumulation of food particles in the mouth. In fact, the accumulation of particles can be so heavy that the mouth cannot open.
