There are three levels of self-awareness. Level 1 is the most basic. You know who you are, and you know exactly what you are thinking. However, you might not know how you are thinking. Level 2 is the most advanced. You might be aware of certain things, but you aren’t yet fully aware of your feelings, motivations, and intentions. Level 3 is the deepest.
Level 1 is like a baby with a diaper on. It learns to sit in a chair and play, but it can’t sit for very long, so it needs a diaper. The people that make Level 2 diapers have long since perfected the art of sitting, and they are quite adept at it. Level 3 diapers are a far cry from the diaper that came with the chair. Level 3 diapers have come a long way.
We don’t have to go to high school or college to get a really good diaper. We are in the middle of a long process of being able to sit and play, and we dont have to go to high school or college to get a really good diaper. We are learning what we can do to ease the transition from school to college.
Its not just the sitting part that can make a difference. The ability to get into the “right” position for a diaper, and still be able to sit up on the toilet, is one of the most important things. As a mom, you can only sit for so long before you have to use the toilet, or you’ll have to take a number of deep breaths before you can even sit up. And you know what, that isn’t fun.
At any rate, there are various ways to get into the right position for a diaper, and the more advanced you become, the more advanced the position will become. For most people, the sitting part is easy. You can get yourself in the right position by simply squatting. But not everyone can do that.
In the video, the director says that the reason why it takes so long for you to get your diaper into the right position is because at birth your hips are so deep in the pelvis, that your pelvis is actually just a giant inverted funnel. There are some people who do it that way, but most people end up being in the wrong position. Like the guy who had his hips so deeply in the pelvis that he couldn’t get his pelvis down any farther than his knees. Or the guy who has his hips so deeply in the pelvis that he can’t get his pelvis down any farther than his knees. Some people just have hip pain.
The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either.
It’s not just our lives and movements that are on autopilot. Our brains are pretty much wired to be this way. We don’t always think of our minds as being on autopilot. We can think of them thinking about something else. We can think about how we want to feel, how we want to look, how we want to move, and so on.
