Just think about it. If youve just had a big meal and youre not hungry, youll probably not be able to get up to speed on the events that happened when you were supposed to be hungry. For instance, if youve just had a big meal and youre not hungry, you don’t know what you’re going to get up to.
Well, not a big meal, but you still might not be able to get up to speed because of the various mental and physical processes that occur as you go through the day. In other words, your body is taking in information and then your brain is interpreting that information to determine if it fits your current schedule. If your body isnt hungry yet, it might start to tell you that your schedule isnt set up just right to be hungry.
So if youre not hungry, you dont know what youre going to get up to. Well, you might not be able to get a drink after you eat. Or you might not have a drink before you eat. Or you might not have a drink in the middle of eating.
In the olden times, people would know if they were hungry because they ate; and they would also know if they were hungry because they didnt eat (and they didnt eat because they didnt have to). But things are a bit more complicated than that these days. We know when we’re hungry because our body tells us (and if you dont have a meal plan, you don’t have a plan either).
