A study done by researchers at the University of Colorado showed that those with a history of heart disease were more likely to eat a high-quality diet than those without a history of heart disease.

In the past, food and dietary changes were only effective when they were made by a doctor and only for a limited number of days or a very small amount of time. Now, many people are taking this dietary advice literally.

If you have health issues that require a change in your diet and you think that you are not eating right all the time, then you need to take a look at a food that will change your life. The good news is that you just might be able to prevent or reverse many diseases and gain a better life in so many ways. Not only are these foods proven to be healthy in every way, they also boost your immunity and improve your energy levels.

A food that is high in fiber, healthy fats, and low in sugar, salt and cholesterol may actually be better for us than some pills, drinks, or tablets that we take to help us stay healthy. A study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that people who reduced their sugar intake to 20 grams a day reduced their risk of heart disease by a whopping 50%. One of the ways they succeeded is by replacing their sugar with healthy fats such as olive oil and peanut butter.
