I feel like the most important goal a person could have for themselves is to have a full set of bills paid in full, a full set of loans paid in full, and the house paid in full.
The thing is, these bills are just for the most part on your own pay stubs. The loans are for things that are on your credit report, like car loans, mortgages, and student loans. The house payment is for something on a property tax bill. These are all things that you have to pay for each month. Many people fail to pay for them, either because they forget they have them, or they just don’t plan on paying for them.
In case you never knew, houses are basically paid for by the government. Thats right, they are not privately owned. They have to be paid for by the government because it is their responsibility to provide housing for everyone. The reason for that is simple. Even though renting out your house would help you save money because you would not have to pay rent anymore, it would also allow the government to get their hands on all the savings you had.
That is a very good reason to pay your taxes in a certain amount of cash. Not only do you get to save more money because everything you own is government-owned, you also get to pay less taxes. For some people that is the most important reason to buy a house, and for others it is a minor one.
If you have been paying your taxes for the last five years and are still not getting a refund, the best thing to do is to file an IRS tax return. But if you think that you are not paying your taxes, that you are not paying your share of the government’s mandatory cost of maintaining our infrastructure, that you are not paying your fair share, that you are not paying a fair price for your services, then you should simply stop paying your taxes and do nothing about it.
Like many Americans, I have been paying my taxes for 25 years now. I have taken advantage of the tax shelter in the form of a 401K to avoid paying taxes for the last 20 years. I have also taken advantage of the tax deduction on my home mortgage to avoid paying taxes on my home mortgage, and I have even taken advantage of a charitable deduction to avoid paying taxes on my charitable donations.
That’s not to say I don’t pay my taxes. I just think it’s a little funny that the government has to go through the trouble to make sure I know that I’m paying taxes every single month.
The last 20 years is a good indicator of what you have to pay for everything. If you have a home mortgage and don’t pay your mortgage, you would have to pay a tax on your home in just that amount of time. The IRS is probably not happy about this, but the tax shelters in the form of 401Ks and other tax-deferred retirement plans are designed to make sure government programs pay their way.
This is an example of the IRS’s tax shelters. A 401K, for example, will not pay a tax if you don’t make contributions to it. They are designed to save taxes for people who don’t save enough, and if you save enough you can get a tax-free retirement account.
Well, we all know that if you save a certain amount of money, you can get a tax-free tax-free retirement account. But you also have to give up a certain amount of money to get a tax-free retirement account, so if you dont give up all of your money, your 401K willnt pay a tax.
