The forms of consciousness, in my opinion, are actually the most important ones. This is why I think that the more you learn about your mind, and the more you practice, and the more you develop the wisdom of knowing yourself, the more you will be able to create the forms of consciousness that are most helpful for you, and that bring you the most joy and peace.
The more you know about your mind, I think, the more you can create forms of consciousness and the more you can practice them, the more you will be able to heal your body, mind, and spirit.
The goal of the forms of consciousness is to create the forms of consciousness that create the most joy and peace for you. The forms of consciousness that create the most joy and peace for you are the forms of consciousness that are most helpful for you. The forms of consciousness that create the most joy and peace for you are the forms of consciousness that have the most wisdom. Wisdom is not just how much you know about your current circumstances, but how much you know about yourself.
When you’re in a state of consciousness, you are in a state of being. When you are not in a state of consciousness, you are not in a state of being. The difference between being and not being is that being does not have a physical location. You are in a state of being while not being is not. Being is where the mind and the body are. When you are in a state of being, you are in a state of being.
This is important to know because you will be thinking about your state of being while youre thinking about your current state of being. It’s a little bit like when you’re in a state of being during your meditation. You are aware of your breathing and how your body feels, but you never think about how the breathing is doing it. When you’re in a state of not being, you are not in a state of being. You are not aware of your body or your breathing.

To summarize, you are aware of what you are doing and you are aware of what you are not doing. The way I like to think of it is that you are aware of what you are not and you are aware of what you are.
A big part of being aware of yourself, is having an awareness of your body. In order to have a full awareness of your body, you need to be aware of it. How does this help you in terms of learning to breathe? When you are not aware of your body, you don’t know how your breathing works. You can get into trouble if you are not aware of your breathing.
I’m not going to go into details here, but in the last chapter I would have said, “if I’m not aware of my body, I can’t breathe.” It is a bit sad but true.
Just as with most things in our life, we need to remember how our breathing works. We can take breaths every single second or we can take a breath every half hour. We can take a breath every 2 seconds or we can take a breath every 1 minute. The key is to be aware of the patterns of breathing that are going on in your body. We can’t learn to breathe correctly unless we are aware of what is happening in our body.
