I’m talking about a real estate broker who helps you to find a home. It is not the real estate broker you’re looking for. I’m talking about an actual broker. That is what I’m talking about.

I mean, these are all great things to know about brokers, but it seems to me that the only real difference between a broker and an agency is the price. There are some, like a realtor, that are actually commissions based. The realtor will get more money if the agent shows the house to more people with fewer complaints. Because of the way the realtor is paid, the more people who see the home the more they are charged for it.
I know that some of you might be a little confused. Interactive brokers are different from real estate brokers. An interactive broker will give you a free estimate, but will not give you a guarantee. Real estate agents usually do. They will give you a free estimate, but will not guarantee that the house will sell. The real estate agent will guarantee that the house will sell, but the interactive brokers will not guarantee that the price will go up.
This is similar to buying a home, a broker will give you an estimate, but they will not guarantee the price.
