We all know that when we take a bite of food, we have two choices: we can break it down into its component parts and digest it, or we can add enzymes to our stomach and break it down. That’s how the body can digest most of our food including the food we eat every day. However, when it comes to food and vitamins in particular, most of us are not doing a great job.
