I’ve always been a big believer in the theory that if you are going to take something to the extreme, be sure that you are prepared. That way you can pull it off and not be totally screwed. There have been plenty of times over the years where I’ve gone through a period where I had an overwhelming desire to do something or do something different, and then I had to be prepared.
The reason I’m planning to do this is because I want to keep my head above the headlines, so that I can focus on the bigger picture.
I will say that most of us who are just trying to get some sleep at night are not really that well-prepared for the kinds of things we are planning to do on the day. We typically don’t have the luxury of a long break, so we don’t have time to train.
There are a few things that we really do need to be prepared for, especially this one time.
I will say that most of the time, I take a nap in the afternoon, so I have several hours to train, recover, and rest. I usually do all of this in public, but this time I just did it in my home. The reason I did it in a home is because at 6 PM, there was a knock on the door that made me feel a little vulnerable.
This is why it’s important to get some rest as soon as you can, and as long as you can, you will be in a better position to perform well the next time you get called on.
That’s the point. You will feel a little vulnerable, so that’s why I don’t have to wait until after lunch. I’ve even done a few things in the last 10 minutes that don’t involve sleeping. I went to the bathroom and cleaned my teeth, but I didn’t come out with a bang before I went to bed. I’m no expert on the area, so I’m not really going to use some of the other tools I’ve learned.
This is the same reason why you dont sleep all night, you cant wait until after lunch to stop worrying. You need something to take the edge off before you can take a real good nap.

This is not an easy task to master. You don’t want to think about your body changing, but you also want to think about how you can fix it.
