If they’re not comfortable, don’t even bother talking to them.

Theyve gotta be really serious when they say theyve lost the interest. In most cases, they are. If you dont make it, you can always take matters into your own hands.

The seller was adamant that it wasn’t for sale and didn’t want to even talk to me. I said I was a buyer and I wanted to see it and I could pay whatever price I wanted.
