The fact is that we’re constantly changing our patterns and actions to avoid mistakes. It’s something that happens every day, whether it’s our first time moving in a new place or having a new school bus stop, even though we’re doing it once a year. Just as we have the opportunity to be open-minded about things, so we’re constantly changing our patterns and actions to avoid mistakes.

Instead I have to force myself to smoke, or it will become a habit. It is also important to note that I am not saying that if you are a smoker you should not drink, you should not smoke.
