It is pretty hard to get a new home to sell for cash. What’s even harder is knowing how much the buyer is willing to pay for what they are looking for. A house that is priced so high that it doesn’t sell, or a house that is sold for zero, takes a lot of work to sell. It’s easy to sell for the wrong price.

The market is not necessarily a good indicator of whether or not a house will sell. A house that sold for $2,500,000.00 does not necessarily mean that the buyer is going to pay $2,500,000.00 for the house. In fact, that $2,500,000.00 could be a lot more. It could be a lot less. When a house sells for zero, that is because its not for sale right now.

This may sound like a cop-out, but if you are selling a house, you are essentially pricing it for the right buyer. If a buyer is interested, then your house will sell and you’ll be left with a bunch of money. So don’t be afraid of not being able to sell your house or get paid for it.

The problem is that not all houses are priced for the buyer. That is, in a market where everyone is selling their house for less than the market value, the seller is unable to sell the house. The seller will have to sell it to find a buyer. In this case, the seller is the seller’s bank or broker or whoever.

This is a common problem for real estate agents. The buyer will always be able to get the house, but the seller is never going to get paid. This is a common problem with cash flow pricing. The buyer gets the house for $50k, but the seller has to sell it for $50k in order to take advantage of the buyer.

I am lucky because I’ve been able to sell a house without ever having to worry about this kind of thing.
