I am excited to share this calendar spread strategy with you. It is a way of being on the road and recording your daily activities on your calendar. I found this technique while I was traveling to the Caribbean and it has changed my life. I am able to now have daily prompts to take care of tasks as I move through the day.
When you are on the move, it is very easy to get into a rut. I have found that taking a few minutes each morning to check on my tasks and remind myself to do them is very important. This works for me because I have recently had a few things slip through the cracks. I am able to now have this daily prompt (this month) and then I am able to make it a priority to get myself to work on things.
For most people, taking care of the trivial things in life are things we can do on autopilot. But for those who are on autopilot, it’s good to remind ourselves that there’s always someone else out there who would do what we’re doing, but doesn’t have the time, or the inclination. It’s great to remember that our life, our time is finite, and that we should treat it as such.
I think the problem is that we are used to thinking of the things we want as being important, but we do not consider them as being equally important. We think of them as being more important than we are. But they are not. They are important, but their significance is greatly overrated. For many people, it can be hard to get time off, or to make the time that we want. But its not like we don’t have the time to make time in the first place.
Time is not important in the first place. We only spend it when we choose to. It is only valuable when we use it. The things that we do that we feel are of value, but dont use, are the things we should do.
We feel we should use time more, but that is a false dichotomy. We do not have time to use any of the things we should use time for. We only have time to use the things we should use time for.
The problem of time is that we often decide to use it when we don’t have it in the first place. Sometimes we don’t have enough time to use it at all. The problem can be further exacerbated if we don’t know when the time is, because our schedule is often fuzzy. This is why time should be structured in a way that it will always be there for us.

Otherwise, your schedule is bound to be out of sync with your life so you end up feeling like you never have enough time.
